Heather&nbsp;had&nbsp;been&nbsp;waiting&nbsp;to&nbsp;find&nbsp;her&nbsp;forever&nbsp;person&nbsp;for&nbsp;years.&nbsp;One&nbsp;day&nbsp;a&nbsp;coworker&nbsp;was&nbsp;telling&nbsp;her&nbsp;that&nbsp;she&nbsp;found&nbsp;her&nbsp;husband&nbsp;on&nbsp;Bumble.&nbsp;Heather&nbsp;hated&nbsp;that&nbsp;dating&nbsp;app,&nbsp;but&nbsp;was&nbsp;willing&nbsp;to&nbsp;give&nbsp;just&nbsp;about&nbsp;anything&nbsp;a&nbsp;try&nbsp;so&nbsp;she&nbsp;downloaded&nbsp;it&nbsp;and&nbsp;created&nbsp;her&nbsp;profile.&nbsp; Henry&nbsp;didn't&nbsp;think&nbsp;he&nbsp;could&nbsp;ever&nbsp;find&nbsp;someone&nbsp;that&nbsp;he&nbsp;could&nbsp;love&nbsp;and&nbsp;trust.&nbsp;At&nbsp;this&nbsp;point&nbsp;in&nbsp;time,&nbsp;Henry&nbsp;'s&nbsp;grandmother&nbsp;had&nbsp;recently&nbsp;passed&nbsp;away&nbsp;and&nbsp;Henry&nbsp;wanted&nbsp;to&nbsp;make&nbsp;life&nbsp;changes.&nbsp;&nbsp;Henry&nbsp;started&nbsp;hiking&nbsp;and&nbsp;getting&nbsp;on&nbsp;dating&nbsp;apps.&nbsp;In&nbsp;November,&nbsp;he&nbsp;promised&nbsp;himself&nbsp;that&nbsp;if&nbsp;he&nbsp;didn't&nbsp;find&nbsp;anyone&nbsp;that&nbsp;month,&nbsp;&nbsp;he&nbsp;was&nbsp;canceling&nbsp;the&nbsp;dating&nbsp;apps.&nbsp;Henry&nbsp;preferred&nbsp;Bumble&nbsp;because&nbsp;the&nbsp;women&nbsp;had&nbsp;to&nbsp;speak&nbsp;first&nbsp;-&nbsp;right&nbsp;up&nbsp;his&nbsp;alley. It&nbsp;didn't&nbsp;take&nbsp;too&nbsp;long&nbsp;before&nbsp;Heather&nbsp;ran&nbsp;into&nbsp;Henry.&nbsp;&nbsp;They&nbsp;began&nbsp;chatting&nbsp;and&nbsp;exchanged&nbsp;phone&nbsp;numbers.&nbsp;At&nbsp;this&nbsp;point&nbsp;in&nbsp;time,&nbsp;Heather&nbsp;had&nbsp;a&nbsp;few&nbsp;trips&nbsp;back&nbsp;to&nbsp;back.&nbsp;Henry&nbsp;didn't&nbsp;want&nbsp;to&nbsp;keep&nbsp;waiting&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;first&nbsp;date,&nbsp;&nbsp;so&nbsp;he&nbsp;asked&nbsp;which&nbsp;days&nbsp;she&nbsp;was&nbsp;available.&nbsp;She&nbsp;gave&nbsp;him&nbsp;one&nbsp;option&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;Mon,&nbsp;Nov&nbsp;11,&nbsp;2024&nbsp;He&nbsp;took&nbsp;it&nbsp;and&nbsp;they&nbsp;met&nbsp;for&nbsp;dinner&nbsp;at&nbsp;Marlows. Henry&nbsp;liked&nbsp;Heather&nbsp;and&nbsp;really&nbsp;liked&nbsp;how&nbsp;Heather&nbsp;had&nbsp;things&nbsp;to&nbsp;talk&nbsp;about&nbsp;and&nbsp;their&nbsp;conversation&nbsp;&nbsp;felt&nbsp;so&nbsp;natural.&nbsp;Heather&nbsp;was&nbsp;interested&nbsp;and&nbsp;had&nbsp;finally&nbsp;found&nbsp;a&nbsp;nice&nbsp;guy.&nbsp; Henry&nbsp;asked&nbsp;Heather&nbsp;out&nbsp;on&nbsp;a&nbsp;second&nbsp;date.&nbsp;They&nbsp;were&nbsp;going&nbsp;to&nbsp;have&nbsp;dinner&nbsp;and&nbsp;then&nbsp;go&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Titanic.&nbsp;&nbsp;By&nbsp;the&nbsp;time&nbsp;they&nbsp;got&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Titanic,&nbsp;they&nbsp;were&nbsp;told&nbsp;it&nbsp;was&nbsp;too&nbsp;late&nbsp;and&nbsp;they&nbsp;couldn't&nbsp;go&nbsp;in.&nbsp;&nbsp;Henry&nbsp;felt&nbsp;really&nbsp;bad&nbsp;about&nbsp;it,&nbsp;&nbsp;but&nbsp;Heather&nbsp;didn't&nbsp;mind&nbsp;because&nbsp;they&nbsp;were&nbsp;allowed&nbsp;to&nbsp;go&nbsp;back&nbsp;on&nbsp;a&nbsp;different&nbsp;date. The&nbsp;two&nbsp;of&nbsp;them&nbsp;definitely&nbsp;honed&nbsp;in&nbsp;on&nbsp;each&nbsp;other.&nbsp;They&nbsp;continued&nbsp;dating&nbsp;-&nbsp;talking/&nbsp;texting&nbsp;throughout&nbsp;the&nbsp;days&nbsp;and&nbsp;seeing&nbsp;each&nbsp;other&nbsp;as&nbsp;much&nbsp;as&nbsp;possible.&nbsp;Both&nbsp;of&nbsp;them&nbsp;really&nbsp;loved&nbsp;to&nbsp;travel&nbsp;and&nbsp;they&nbsp;definitely&nbsp;found&nbsp;a&nbsp;travel&nbsp;partner&nbsp;in&nbsp;each&nbsp;other.&nbsp;Henry&nbsp;and&nbsp;Heather&nbsp;started&nbsp;traveling&nbsp;and&nbsp;took&nbsp;14&nbsp;trips&nbsp;in&nbsp;2025. Somewhere&nbsp;along&nbsp;the&nbsp;way&nbsp;Heather&nbsp;told&nbsp;Henry&nbsp;she&nbsp;is&nbsp;NOT&nbsp;doing&nbsp;the&nbsp;dating&nbsp;thing&nbsp;anymore&nbsp;and&nbsp;he&nbsp;is&nbsp;stuck&nbsp;with&nbsp;her&nbsp;and&nbsp;she&nbsp;meant&nbsp;it.&nbsp;The&nbsp;rest&nbsp;is&nbsp;history!&nbsp; Henry&nbsp;proposed&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;beach&nbsp;on&nbsp;April&nbsp;26,&nbsp;2026.&nbsp;He&nbsp;wanted&nbsp;it&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;something&nbsp;that&nbsp;the&nbsp;two&nbsp;of&nbsp;them&nbsp;had&nbsp;shared&nbsp;-&nbsp;which&nbsp;was&nbsp;plenty&nbsp;of&nbsp;beach&nbsp;trips.&nbsp;&nbsp;He&nbsp;brought&nbsp;a&nbsp;beach&nbsp;blanket&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;two&nbsp;talked&nbsp;and&nbsp;it&nbsp;started&nbsp;raining.&nbsp;&nbsp;It&nbsp;was&nbsp;perfect&nbsp;-&nbsp;no&nbsp;one&nbsp;was&nbsp;around&nbsp;-&nbsp;just&nbsp;Heather&nbsp;and&nbsp;Henry.&nbsp;Before&nbsp;she&nbsp;knew&nbsp;it,&nbsp;&nbsp;Henry&nbsp;was&nbsp;on&nbsp;a&nbsp;knee&nbsp;proposing&nbsp;to&nbsp;her!!&nbsp;Heather,&nbsp;&nbsp;of&nbsp;course&nbsp;excited,&nbsp;said&nbsp;YES!&nbsp;Now,&nbsp;the&nbsp;wedding&nbsp;planning&nbsp;has&nbsp;begun!

Caylin and Heather met over 10 years ago, both as single ladies. These two were a bit of trouble back then,
although they would probably blame each other! Caylin taught Heather the true meaning of southern hospitality. They shared ups and downs throughout their friendship. Caylin has been praying for years for Heather to find her person. Caylin truly is an amazing person and puts absolutely everyone before herself. Her sweet personality, her true Taurus identity and the way Caylin loves so hard are some of Heather's favorite traits that Caylin possesses.

Kim and Heather met in 2001 at the Disney Internship in Orlando, and quickly became besties.  Luckily, their homes were just a few short hours away from each other when they returned home. They have known each other so long that they know each other and their family really well. Heather even moved close to Kim in 2011. Heather and Kim learned how to be adults together! They learned many lessons and share countless memories from their 20s and 30s. While Kim and Heather are now miles apart,  they can always pick up where they left off. If something happens,  they will always be as present as possible - whether that is by phone or a quick flight. Kim is Heather's longest standing friend and someone she knows she can lean on even when life is crazy and extra busy. Heather and Kim cherish all the fun times they had together and do their best to see each other when life allows!

Courtney and Heather met because they are neighbors and love going to the pool. Heather and Courtney have known each other for almost 10 years, but have gotten much closer in the last few years through more pool time and Friday (or Friyay as she calls it) dinner events mostly at 7 Tequilas Mexican restaurant.  Courtney is such a sweet person and is always so positive! Heather has always admired Courtney's positive nature and how patient Courtney is - no matter the situation.  Courtney is someone who Heather truly trusts and Courtney has become one of Heather's closest friends.

Christy and Heather have had an interesting friendship. They started with a love/hate relationship early on that transitioned to an extremely unique friendship. They have hollered, cried, laughed and supported each other in the toughest of moments.  They found out that they can truly count on each other when things get rough, but have so much fun when things are great! This is a friendship that neither one of them expected,  but they both fully accept and cherish.

Courtney and Heather met about 10 years ago at the neighborhood pool.  Courtney is such a sweet, friendly and fun person. They have known each for years, but have definitely gotten closer and gotten to know each other better in the last few years.  Courtney and Heather had some super fun and crazy times but they also talked and supported each other through some pretty tough issues.  Courtney and Steve's love story was an inspiration to Heather and gave her hope that maybe her man is out there somewhere! Courtney always called Heather and Henry the Colorado's. She kept saying it and always implying Henry needed to propose and now he did! Courtney is such a special person to Heather as Courtney has always cheered her on, encouraged her and simply wanted the best for Heather. 

Courtney Lofstrom

George is Henry's only brother and Henry's first friend! George is just over a year younger than Henry.  They loved to get into trouble and drive their mom crazy as kids! They both love watching and catching up on their anime shows and both love to play video games! They both love everything Disney although Henry seems to love it even more than George.  George has always been a person that Henry could talk to and lean on when things got tough. George  and his wife just had a baby 4/2026 and that made Henry an uncle for the very first time! These guys are very close and talk just about everyday. 

George Colorado

Henry and Sean met back in their college days at Rutgers. Sean and Henry were college roommates. They helped each other with classes that they shared but also enjoyed watching anime when they had free time. They also enjoyed going to concerts together. They even lived together after college for a few years until Sean met his now wife, Jenn. Henry has since moved to GA, but they still keep in touch and keep up with each other's lives.

Karen and Henry met at Game Stop. Karen was Henrys video game and Amiibo dealer! Karen would call Henry with updates on his orders. After a while, Henry and Karen became friends. Together, they enjoyed gaming sessions, weekend hangouts and going to Gundam and the Asian Market. They   also enjoyed going to Comic Con, Halloween Horror Nights and also scheduled yearly trips to Universal and HHN. Karen and her husband Ryan helped Henry through covid with entertaining group chats. Henry is so thankful for the friendship of both Karen and Ryan.

John and Henry met while they worked together at Viecore.  John became one of Henry's closest friends. Henry and John enjoyed going to Comic Con, liked going to movies, and talked about comic books. They also found that they were able to help each other through work and vent to each other as needed. Henry moved away to GA, but Henry and John do their best to keep in touch while being miles away.

Ryan and Henry met through Karen. They love to go to Comic Con and discuss all the things in the Comic World. They also went to Halloween Horror Nights for many years together. Ryan and Henry enjoyed playing games and shared gaming hobbies. Ryan also helped keep Henry company through covid with many conversations and jokes.  While they met through Karen, they have become close through the many things that all three of them shared together.
